Chancelor was born in Iowa City and raised Des Moines, IA where he attended Urbandale High School and played Football and Basketball. He was a football standout at Iowa Western, earning All-American honor. Coach House has been coaching and training basketball for over 5 years. His passion for basketball and mentoring the youth are evident in his commitment to every athlete he encounters. His ability to assess, train, mentor, and educate young players has been a valuable asset to The Factory. A strong emphasis on fundamentals is the core of his approach to developing young players.
