High School Prep

Built for 7th and 8th graders, the High School Prep class will consist of an hour of basketball along with an hour of strength training. A lot of athletes go through youth basketball without learning the proper structure of how to play the game at the next level. From setting and receiving down screens, reading the defense, defensive positioning and leadership skills, we will challenge your athlete to gain the knowledge they need to contribute to their basketball program. We will prepare your athlete for what they will absolutely need to understand heading into their freshman year.

Most freshman get thrown into the weight room the summer before their first year of high school with no knowledge on how to properly lift, how to spot teammates, weight room verbiage and the proper safety precautions to ensure they are maximizing their time and performance while there. Our High School Prep class will help your athlete get prepared and head into the summer with the proper knowledge and confidence to be productive and prove to their coaching staff they are ready to contribute to the program.
